Nancy H. Rothstein, MBA

How did Nancy become The Sleep Ambassador®? What began with a snoring spouse led to her journey into the world of sleep and a multitude of related endeavors. Each illustrates Nancy’s commitment to raising awareness about sleep and sleep disorders, leading the public to good sleep habits, restful sleep, diagnosis and treatment for sleep disorders… and improved health and lives.

My Back Snory

It all started with a snoring spouse. A quiet night’s sleep was what I needed but was not getting. I went from bedroom to bedroom in search of sound slumber. I wrote My Daddy Snores as a testament to my yawning. I realized that sleep issues were very prevalent, be it due to snoring or myriad other sleep issues that were (and still are) plaguing millions. Passion for a good night’s sleep for myself and people of all ages sparked my quest. As a finance and financial risk management expert, I realized sleep too was a risk management issue and my mission as The Sleep Ambassador® was born.
